SCHEDULES
After the petition has been filed, (or along with it), we have to fill out the Schedules of Debts and Property. The law office will use a software program to pull the information together, and relate it to other required documents. But, we need your help so that we can gather the information! So these are the forms that we are filling out; they can be pulled up and printed, either at your home or in our office.
